Real estate property is cheaper in Enoch than in Cedar City. Most residential parcels are 1/2 acre in size. There are no apartments in Enoch. There are a few home rentals throughout the town. There is a trailer park on Minersville Highway called Cedars. Nicer homes are being built in Grimshawville and in The Ridge subdivision.
